Michael Tankovich
Michael Tankovich is a Physical Therapist, Certified Athletic Trainer and Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach. He currently works as a contract Physical Therapist for the Air Force Special Operations Command in North Carolina after spending 9 years as a Rehabilitation Coordinator/Physical Therapist and Assistant Athletic Trainer at the Seattle Seahawks. Michael holds a doctor of physical therapy degree from Armstrong Atlantic State University and a bachelor's degree in Athletic Training and Exercise Science from the University of Georgia. In addition to his clinical philosophy of optimizing return-to-play progressions, Michael has also been involved in a number of physical rehabilitation research projects. His main research interests include the evaluation of movement demands in sport, complex system theory as it applies to human movement, and pain science.
